Our Story
Our story was shaped by Adam Serbinski’s father — a real estate broker for more than forty years. His work helping people find homes and spaces set a clear standard: grit, plain talk, and dedication to clients that outlasts the transaction. Adam grew up with that standard. When his father's chapter in the business closed, the question was simple: how to keep those principles alive in practice? Nestowa Realty was the answer. A family business built to work the way that philosophy requires: one accountable person on the file, clear advice, and a process that protects the client's position.
Adam has been licensed in Ontario for sixteen years. Across that time he brought the same focus to property management, investment properties, and strategic transactions. He launched Nestowa Realty Inc., Brokerage in 2025 in Newmarket to put that approach to work under its own name.
The name Nestowa came from his children. Nest for home; the kind of place you notice on family walks through the trails and forests around here. Owa, a Polish-inflected ending that quietly carries their grandfather into the work.

Our Community
Nestowa is based in Newmarket. This community is home, not only a service area. Over the years our family has shown up in ordinary ways: local businesses and farmers, kidpreneur markets, food efforts, library activities, neighbours who needed a hand, and quiet support when someone needs it. We do not list these community efforts as marketing. We simply show up where we live.
When a file needs other professionals — mortgage, inspection, trades, local business — Adam draws on working relationships carefully. Those contacts are not a public directory. They are used when a file needs them, so clients are not left managing everything alone.
